If you use any of our products for 30 days and are not completely satisfied, we will promptly refund your purchase price. Contact us within 45 days of your original purchase, and we can get your refund started immediately. Send an email to [email protected], fill out our contact form, or call us at 970-919-1223. If you email us or fill out the contact form, you will get an email confirmation back within 24 hours, confirming that your return is being processed.
At FluxxLab™, we ship every order within 24hrs on business days and the following Monday if an order is placed on Saturday or Sunday. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.
Our standard shipping method is USPS Priority mail unless the customer selects another option at checkout.
For customers that can not receive packages from the United States Postal Service, you may select UPS at checkout as a delivery alternate. All shipping is flat rate.
FluxxLab™ will ship to Canada; we are currently not serving other countries at this time. For Canadian deliveries, we ship all packages USPS International Flat Rate. Once the Canadian Post receives the package, the tracking number will update at https://www.canadapost.ca/cpc/en/business/shipping/track-find.page
